Tan Shu Yee
Prior to joining us in 2016, Ms. Tan Shu Yee worked in the banking and financial audit sectors at HSBC bank and PwC respectively.
Ms. Tan Shu Yee has in-depth knowledge and extensive working experience in intellectual property matters, particularly in the field of trademarks. She is adept in advising on the selection of new trademarks locally and globally; advising on the registrability of a mark; filing and prosecution of trademark applications; handling responses to trademark refusals, oppositions, revocations, invalidations and assignments; and advising on trademark infringement matters. She is equally as proficient in the fields of industrial designs and copyright.
Ms. Tan Shu Yee is also an expert on all matters relating to company secretary services, including but not limited to preparing and organising minutes and agendas, organising statutory records and lodgement of mandatory submissions to SSM and advisory services for company registrations.
Ms. Tan Shu Yee administers day to day operations, including the tracking of deadlines and timely filing of applications entrusted by local clients and overseas associates.
Ms. Tan Shu Yee is also thoroughly involved in the business department of the company. She is responsible for overseeing all activities related to business development of the company, including engaging with prospective clients from both local and international waters and human resources management.
