International protection through a single filing.
We are now able to provide international trademark registration via the Madrid Protocol, an international treaty devised to facilitate the international trademark registration process. Trademark owners can gain protection of their trademark in up to 132 countries through a single application, in a single language and with a single fee.
Administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), it gives Malaysian businesses a streamlined route to global protection without filing separately in every jurisdiction.
